Frozen Banana Desserts


Who needs ice cream when you can have frozen bananas?
  • 2 bananas
  • Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  • chopped almonds
  • cinnamon
  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt and cinnamon together.
  3. Peel the bananas.
  4. Cut off an end from each banana, then insert the popsicle sticks.
  5. Coat the bananas in Greek yogurt and almonds.
  6. Lay the bananas on the parchment paper and freeze for 45-55 minutes. The bananas will be creamy and firm, but not completely frozen.
          Easy Banana Bites

  •  bananas
  • Peanut Butter 
                     1. Slice bananas
                     2. Smear peanut butter on one side of slice, and put piece on top.
                     3. Put on parchment paper and freeze
                     4. Enjoy when you need a healthy snack or dessert!

I'm not a fan of bananas... but these sound really good and super easy! Try them!

  1. I used to not be a fan of frozen bananas but i recently started liking frozen bananas dipped in chocolate even though those aren't really healthy. I don't think i would like the recipe above because i do not like yogurt and don't like things dipped in nuts. I must sound like a picky eater commenting on your posts. lol Those banana slices with peanut butter between them sure does sound good though!!

  2. I don't like frozen bananas, I rather have them fresh. Sure glad that you's can enjoy them.

    1. I also like bananas fresh, sliced in my cereal, or in my Banana split. I think that is the only wat I will eat them. I usually grab one if I notice that I am having frequent muscle cramps. I am not sure but I heard That they have potasium in them which helps stop cramping.
