Exercise in the Morning!

Do you want to workout, but never have the time to head to the gym? Here is an exercise that can be done in the morning right when you wake up, and again after the shower if you wish. This post includes a picture of what you should be doing too, so you really don't have an excuse! This morning workout is great for beginners!

  2. I prefer working out in the morning if possible because after work or after school I just don't have as much ambition because I'm already tired out! I do a few of these moves and they really work like a charm! The wall sits- ouch but they work!

  3. Wall sits i used do them for basketball, we would always see who could last the longest and there was always little rewards given. I usually was the last or one of the last girls standing..well sitting lol. But i agree with you after away they do start to hurt! I haven't done them since basketball so i dought i could last as long as i used to.
