Some of these positions look like they would be painful such as the ones in the orange. They look like they would cause me a lot of pain an discomfort. I also noticed a lot of the beginner ones are ones that many people practice and can do on a daily basis at home. These are probably the ones i would be more comfortable doing.

ReplyDeleteI agree. Doing yoga a few times a week helps your muscles and many other things! So, it's worth a shot! :)
