Yoga Poses for Beginners and Intermediate

  1. Some of these positions look like they would be painful such as the ones in the orange. They look like they would cause me a lot of pain an discomfort. I also noticed a lot of the beginner ones are ones that many people practice and can do on a daily basis at home. These are probably the ones i would be more comfortable doing.

  2. I agree. Doing yoga a few times a week helps your muscles and many other things! So, it's worth a shot! :)
