Snack Time!

Are you one of those types of people who need some kind of snack to keep them going through out the day? I am! check out these snack ideas that are actually healthy! Let me know what you think!

  1. I think some of these snacks look good suck as cinnamon and fruit sounds good. A fruit Popsicle sounds good also but if it had chunks in it i wouldn't like it. Omelets and cereal are always good food too lol and apples sliced and dipped in peanut butter is always good! If i were to pick out of any of these it would be the apples and peanut butter snack.

  2. I agree with Taylyn, some of these snacks look delicious! Some people think that in order to eat healthy you have to eat foods that don't taste good, which I don't think that's the case! You can eat healthy with the food tasting amazing like these snacks! I agree with the popcorn, it's an easy snack that keeps you full! I am with you on the snacks getting you through the day, I am the same way!

  3. Taylyn, I agree with you about the chunks in the popsicle, I don't think I would like it either! I think apples and peanut butter would be good!

  4. Thanks for the comment Nicole. I agree with you, most people think they can't eat anything when they're trying to be healthy, and that's not the case. Today there are so many great options out there for everyone! I personally don't believe in completely eating 100% healthy either because I think you need to splurge sometimes :)
